Narrative:

Aug. 5, 2004, a young male APPARENTLY under the influence of alcohol was doing what some young men tend to do at 06:45 am..

he was driving south on interstate 95 in St. Lucie county, florida, at 70MPH when one of the many rain squalls let rain onto the highway near mile marker 125..

being that this worthy gentleman seemed to be under the influence of alcohol and now had to deal with rain AND driving, he "lost control" at 70MPH, crossed over the median strip and crashed into Caroline, who at this particular instant in time happened to be in the path of this gentleman driving under the influence without benefit of insurance a beat up 1991 ford (more on this ford, later)..

The result of all this sudden activity was this:

AND, so as not to leave any part of this car undamaged, as fate would have it,
she got hit in the ass by another driver.

This is where Caroline was sitting.

The driver of the ford was, according to the police report, NOT wearing his seat belt and his airbag did NOT deploy.
so much for driving 70MPH in old beatup ford's. Better to be driveing a well maintained, well designed TOYOTA AVALON!
